time flies! .....and it's been a while! I just got back from a much needed relaxing trip to the dominican and here is a little post to start things off. I will try and post more regularly.
i found a zen poetry book by a dude named Ryokan, he's a japanese poet from the 18th century . So i decided to start illustrating some of his poems just to mix things up a bit. I am by no means a poet, or read them often, but I figured these are nice and short, and would be a nice challenge to see what i can conjure up. So here's one of them,

What does that mean? I have no clue, but this is what came up when I attempted to draw something to it.
